Who cares?

Ill read your post in a lil JTP but for now lets talk about the useless draft. Im a fan of the NBA to the average but honestly who cares about this draft. Let me tell you this, out of all the players that were drafted only 2 will make an immediate impact next season for the NBA. Rose and Beasley, thats it. Every other 19-20 year old that was drafted will at least take a couple of years to develop, so therefore who the hell cares? How can I be excited? For example, the Wizards got a grade C from Chad Ford, why? Javale McGee is a 7 footer that needs time to develop. Good job Wiz, you did nothing to improve your team for this upcoming year. While O'Neal went to the Raptors you did except prove to the fans that once again Lebron owns you and you will lose to them in the first round again. Is this deja vu or what? Oh yay!; get excited about the big 3 coming back all healthy. No, I dont think so, Ive waited my 3 years to see if they can do anything, they cant. Arenas is not a point guard, and we have no point guard. I would rather have you trade Arenas and get some value for him then to see if maybe he will be good again with this bum knee... Washington once again disappoints.

Chicago, kudos to you, Rose was a great pick, Beasley will be fine in Miami, everyone else your too damn young to be in the NBA. I dont care if your potential is high, your nothing for me right now. OJ Mayo.. earn the starting spot. Kevin Love, yea.. your 13%body fat will take you reallll far.. Joe Alexander.. great talent, but your behind Richard Jefferson now.. yippee I get to see a great talent on the bench. I mean come on people what can I look forward to? Greg Oden? They wont even let you step foot on a basketball court cus you might snap like a twig once again. And stupid NY, the fans are idiots. The Italian is a great fit with your new coach, yes he might take a few years to develop but thats a smart pick. Maybe the only smart pick, so NY shut the hell up and enjoy the Giants superbowl win, you shouldnt be complaining at least for another 5-10 years or until NY loses to Boston again in the ALCS.... Thanks for nothing, NBA, Im proud to be a fan.

In Fucking Bruges...

Thanks for the recommendation Furry, it was a great movie. I have to say this, Half Baked may be a classic, but Grandma's Boy is gonna be the classic for our generation. Just as Cheech and Chong have been replaced by Harold and Kumar, so has Half Baked been replaced by Grandma's Boy. Grandma's Boy hits a lot of the stereotypes and fads of our generation. So regardless of how much of a classic Half Baked is, it's still not as good as Grandma's Boy. I'm also looking forward to pineapple express... i'm willing to give 10:1 odds that after that movie comes out, people are going to be selling some variation of a "pineapple" strand... just like acapulco gold... haha.

New Kids on the Block?!?! Seriously?!? I thought they'd be in some alley somewhere giving blowjobs for crack... As for Shaq... well I've always been a little bit of a fan of his, but recently, he's just too much. I'm starting to see how fucking retarded Shaq is, I think it's a side effect of how big he is... not enough oxygen getting to the brain or something... he's definitely some kind of retarded.

Now on to some actual sports... I feel like I need to state this disclaimer, I no longer fucking care about the NBA... it has risen to a new height of trashiness. The NBA is an organization that no longer has any credibility, and to be honest, I just don't find it exciting anymore. So I'm kinda glad we got these two new homies, cause they can pick up for my slack of basketball interest.

Anyone been watching Euro 2008? Man, I must say, I am very impressed with how Turkey played. To be 100% honest, Turkey deserved the win yesterday. Throughout the whole game, Turkey was pressing forward, dominated possession, and basically controlled the game. They even hit the crossbar twice in the first half before scoring the first point. It's just a little disappointing, because after seeing how they played, I feel like if they had 2-3 of the many players that were injured or out on suspension, they could have won that game. The last goal was as a result of the defense getting tired after playing a full game of great defense. I tip my hat to you Turkey, and hope that you can make just as good of a showing in the next international tourny. Today is Spain vs. Russia, Spain is the favorite to win, and it'll probably be a more interesting final if it's between Spain and Germany, but Russia might have gotten some inspiration after watching Turkey play. Anything can happen.

SOON I will start spewing football crap... but I just want to say... I AM SO FUCKING EXCITED FOR THE NEW FOOTBALL SEASON. I'm already drooling... And here's my savy pick, Raiders to the playoffs!

As for golf... I know you probably don't want to watch it any more now that Tiger's out, but what if Rocko Mediate starts to win every tourny? I think that'd be interesting, having Rocko win the Buick and what not... it'd be hilarious.

I tip my hat to the Fresno Bulldogs, great job winning the college world series... going from unranked to champion, this is a cinderella story.

Get Smart is better than MacGyver...

Slap Bracelets were awesome...

Harry: Well, really, the way I see it it's all your fucking fault now isn't it? You try to rob someone with blanks in your gun and he gets the jump on you, takes your gun away and shoots the blanks in your face blinding you, so he had to get pretty close to do that. It's your own fault for being such a big gay fairy now isn't it?
Eirik: I thought you wanted to kill him.
Harry: I do. But that still doesn't mitigate the fact that you’re a fucking pansy, now, does it?

Haha!

There's a Christmas tree somewhere in London with a bunch of presents underneath it that'll never be opened. And I thought, if I survive all of this, I'd go to that house, apologize to the mother there, and accept whatever punishment she chose for me. Prison...death...didn't matter. Because at least in prison and at least in death, you know, I wouldn't be in fuckin' Bruges. But then, like a flash, it came to me. And I realized, fuck man, maybe that's what hell is: the entire rest of eternity spent in fuckin' Bruges. And I really really hoped I wouldn't die. I really really hoped I wouldn't die.

New Kid on the Blog

Speaking of 80's hits, how bout the New Kid's comeback. Their re-debut song "summertime" is commuter radio jammin-worthy. I can see this song calming my morning fury, as I sit in bumper to bumper I-270 traffic, eating away at my $60 tank of gas.

It's a decent song, but maybe I'm just too old. HAving grown up with the New Kids and living through the 90's boyband craze, to me something just doesn't sound right with this song now. It would be like me rockin those slap bracelets again.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25qiZy7vmqY

Seeing old men rounding their 40s, dance around and sing about hollarin at girls disturbs me a bit. I figure by at least 30 you learn to ask a girl for her number in proper English. This is like the creepy old man version of N'sync.

Well my senile butt likes being the new kid on this blog and is happy to mix it up with you guys. Thanks for the invite. To show my appreciation I wrote a song

"You know how I be,
how could this blog do without me?"

How stupid is Shaq? I was never a Kobe fan because I always thought he was way over-confident, but Shaq's idiocy seems to prevail. Kobe already got what he deserved in his shameful finals performance.

His rhymes go from funny to an angry ego-centric rant that includes vasectomys and paying off rape victims.
http://www.tmz.com/tmz_main_video?titleid=1626146951

He is not a rapper so unless your going to spit smart lyrics then don't start shooting off trash talk in a rap song. That's like Lil Wayne trying to dunk on Dwight Howard. It's just doesn't sound right.

Hes as virgin as an asian womens blinker...

Did you just say Get Smart is comparable to MacGyver... woah there soldier, those are bold words. MacGyver could be the greatest 80s show there is... and on that note.. top 80s tv shows are, in no particular order.

1. MacGyver
2. A-Team
3. Knight Rider

And I would have to say Half Baked over Grandmas Boy, just because Half Baked is a classic. Chapelle needs to get back into the industry. What Im looking forward to is Pineapple Express

Oh and news just in.. Bernard Berrian likes Tarvaris.. haha.. we will see how much that holds up but I can tell you this. Signing Williams to safety to go along with Darren Sharper might be a good pay off, but we wont know until season begins. On that note.. im pretty damn excited about football. And Ill leave you with this from the infamous Adam "I dont want to be called Pacman" Jones... "Imus, Ill pray for you.."

Newb

We have a nooby joining our ranks. Just wanted to give him a shout out while he's still figuring out a good alias. I also picked Biel, but I feel Biel is more of the wifey type. Alba has that sexy-stripper-naughty look/side to her which is real hot, but Biel has an amazing body and seems less slutty. Honestly, I wouldn't even care which one, I just want that choice... damn.

That being said, Furry, that's such a great question. I had a hard time, and here's my disclaimer, the top movies are based on my preference. I have also listed a few other movies from that decade in various categories which are must see movies. This was a great time for movies and there were tons of quality actors during that period.

Top movies from the 80's (Not in any order):
Transformers
Scarface
Platoon
Full Metal Jacket

Amazing Movies:
Bachelor Party
Rain Man
Once Upon a Time in America
Glory
The Untouchables

Phenomenal Franchise Movies:
Star Wars V & VI
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Aliens
Terminator
Die Hard
Back to the Future
Lethal Weapon

American Classic Movies:
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
A Christmas Story
ET
Blues Brothers
The Princess Bride

What do you think? Hulk was good, I still can't say which I like better, Hulk or Ironman, even though Ironman does kinda cheat by having a supercomputer that can basically build a freaking amazing suit. But Stark is smart... so it's not all the computer, which makes him kinda a superhero. Get Smart was better than both. Get Smart to me is what MacGyver is to you. Word.

Grandma's Boy vs. Half Baked

House

Been watching House lately.. not a bad show. Jessica Alba or Jessica Biel.. come on... Alba is more of a wifey type all cute and innocent.. Biel... her body is ridiculous and honestly I would probably pick Biel just because I think she would be a better fuck.. Nothing against Alba. What about Danneel Harris? She's hot.. Finally saw the Hulk.. great ending when Stark came.

Anyways.. I hope Turkey does beat Germany, you know what I might even bet on that game.. haha, no there is no hope, but hey you never know. Fresno St is in the CWS final against Georgia, so anything is possible. And in regards to Tiger, I think he is getting smarter, and Ill say this, he will come back and win a open by 8 strokes at least! How about that prediction. Yes 15 strokes is insane, whats up w/ the tourney? Only 35 people coming? Thats sad

You hear Shaq freestyling on Kobe.. "You know how I be," Shaq rapped. "Last week Kobe couldn't do without me." Funny guy.. aight here is a question... top 3 80's movies of all time?

So Much for Holland...

Yea... Russia, Germany, Spain, and Turkey? I mean I hear that Russia might have a chance to win against Spain... but Turkey? They have no hope. They have 6+ players out for that game due to injuries and suspensions. NO HOPE. So it looks like it might be Germany vs. Spain, unless Russia can play good futball and not fall into Spain's pace.

I understand he did it on 1 leg, that's why it's amazing, but to beat a whole field by 15 strokes is near impossible. You just need to look at the numbers, there's so many other players, with so many varying styles, that the conditions for that weekend will most likely suit a few other players as well and they usually shoot close to what Tiger shoots. Now let me ask you this, what if as a result of persevering to win the Open, he hurts himself so much that his career is either shortened or never returns to the level it was before. Then would you call it his greatest win? The win that inevitably caused his ruin?

I mean the Lakers did beat the Spurs... And the Spurs aren't a soft team. Bynum coming back will help their inside game tremendously, as he plays bigger than Gasol does, he's just real lanky and not very smooth. But yea, Kobe, he still needs to do more maturing before he can hope to be mentioned in the same breath as MJ. MJ always did exactly what his team needed. If that meant driving in and kicking it out, popping mid range jumpers all day, or just taking it all on his shoulders, MJ not only did it, but knew what was needed and when. Sorry Kobe, right now you've been demoted to Turtle rank in the entourage hierarchy.

And to my partner in crime, I go to the range 2 times a week. Answer this question:

Jessica Alba vs. Jessica Biel?

Eventful weekend

The reason why this was Tigers greatest win was because he had one leg and still persevered and took the title. Rocco is now 48th in the world thanks... haha.. I mean yes, winning by 15 strokes is crazy, and you know I really wouldnt put it past him that he will do this again. Did you listen to his convo? "It will be nice to finally be healthy since I havent for maybe the past decade." Watch out golf world, I really do expect and look forward to Tiger demolishing the field next year. Thats all I look forward to in golf.

Kobe has a young team around him but he wont win a championship even when Bynum comes back. The lakers are soft and until they finally play some defense and start abusing their opponents they have no chance. Kobe barely went inside in the series, relied on outside shots and couldnt do jack shit.

Portugal was a disappointment, but so was the "where was the foul" goal that Ballack made. Such dismay I tell you. Turkey over Croatia? Who picked that one.. I must say go Holland.. Holland all the way!

Im going to the driving range tomorrow sucka!

Amazing... but Legendary?

So here's the thing, I'm a huge Tiger fan, and I will definitely admit that Tiger's win at the US Open was amazing... but here's where I run into a wall... why is this win Tiger's greatest win? Why not when he crushed the field by being 15 strokes ahead of 2nd place? This performance of his, definitely solidifies the fact that he is the best player is golf... plain and simple... but to say it's Tiger's best win... I think is a little bit of a stretch, especially if you include the fact that he had to beat Rocko to do it. Nothing against Rocko, he played great golf and made a great run, but the fact still remains that Rocko is ranked a hundred something... Tiger was expected to win, I feel like even Rocko didn't believe that he had a chance, which might have led to Rocko psyching himself out...
With all that being said, that was a fucking amazing performance by Tiger... did anyone see that bunker shot during the playoff round? He dropped it within 10 feet and it was like 200 yards from bunker to green... NASTY!!

It's inevitable that Kobe will be mentioned and compared to Jordan. He's the only player in the game that is as consistent, not at the same level as Jordan, but definitely consistent. Not only that, but he's also the few players whose play style is similar to Jordan. Don't forget, Kobe has a young team around him, and even though he is considered to be a veteran he's still pretty young, so I still feel he has a lot of time to try to take the title as the heir to the Jordan throne.

Now... for those of y'all who are uneducated... soccer is a huge sport... not in the US but everywhere else in the world... so this is for those who care... HOW THE HELL IS PORTUGAL LOSE TO GERMANY... I mean seriously... I thought Portugal was gonna win... such a disappointment. Now i don't even know who I want to win. Maybe Croatia? Oh well, enjoy the weekend.

NBA draft is coming up... but seriously... who cares about the NBA and basketball any more...

It has to be spoken about...

Sorry I took so long to respond Stephen, but we are back... Ill reply to your football rankings in a lil, but I think it is necessary to talk about Tiger presently and in the future. What a great weekend of golf? Honestly, probably the best US OPEN I have ever seen, and I might have to rank it as the #1 event in Tiger's career. Only because of the truth we now know about his knee. You said 1.5 legs.... how about 1 leg? I was watching the golf channel and they were bitching about how Tiger shouldnt hide his injury from us because its going to undermine his victory. Fuck that.. I love Pat Forde's piece in that regard, "Clearly, there are no excuses in TigerLand. If there were, he would have told us up front how significant the injury was. Now that we know, all the idiots who said Woods was being a drama queen with all the wincing and limping are politely advised to shut up. " There are no surmountable words for me to express and describe about Tiger's victory or what he did. He beat 156 players on a torn ACL and 2 stress fractures in his left leg. Are you kidding me? Let me repeat that, torn ACL and 2 stress fractures in his tibia. How about this, an average golf course is around 4-6 miles a round of 18 walking. Torrey Pines was the longest in US OPEN history at about what 7200 something yards, so that means Tiger walked around 20 miles since it took him 5 days to win. 20 miles on one leg... we bitch about walking one round of golf... we shouldnt bitch about walking anymore. Honestly, what can you say about this? I cant stop reading about Tiger and his accomplishments because he is the best athlete there is right now. Everybody that says that golf isnt a sport is a fucking tool. Do what Tiger did, try to play on one leg and see if you can even have the balls to twist your knee the way he did. I wish Tiger a speedy recovery because golf and sports need it. I wont watch golf anymore this year, there is no need to. Because its just not fun and its just not worth it. Why? Its just not the same. I will say one thing though, there should be no bitching from Garcia, Phil, or Ernie. If you all cant win the next 2 majors, one of you at least.. your pathetic.

Tiger now has 14 majors... He will be back in full health, assuming everything goes according to plan, better than ever. Should we even speculate Grandslam? I was watching PTI today and what if Tiger won the Masters... that would be 2 this year.. would he still have this surgery? Would he tell the public? What about Goosen's comments? Such a hater. People are speculating that Tiger might not be able to come back from this and pass Jack... oh he will pass Jack, dont you worry.. one leg or not.

And for all of you that thought Kobe was ever in the same breath as Jordan should just shoot yourself while you have the chance. How ugly was that series? Kobe.. your a disgrace. Jordan never lost a championship and you will never be in the same sentence ever again.. Good riddance

Fate

Tiger Woods in an 18 hole playoff for the US Open? Fate... It's a wonder that he's done as well as he's done on 1.5 legs, and that come behind birdie was crazy. Whoever says that golf is not interesting or exciting, does not appreciate it's complexity and probably has not seriously picked up a club before. Even though it looks easy, shooting anything under a 15 over par is super hard. And if you don't believe me, do this, go golfing with a buddy, and bet on the round, and i don't mean some pussy bet of $10 or $20. I mean make it a fucking $150. Do something where you are trying on every shot and you'll see how tense of a game it is. You want to win $150? Well maybe now two-putting or three-putting isn't going to be good enough for you... Turn up the stakes and then tell me it's not a fun game. Go Tiger!

Return of the Prodigal Blogger...

Aaaaaaaaand I'm back! Sorry about being MIA. I've been pretty busy getting a new job, and dealing with jealous-hating-back-stabbing-cock-sucking-bitches. And now that I'm back, there have been a few things on my mind that I've wanted to comment on and have not been able to, and it's been building up for quite some time...

For starters... Furry, i don't agree with your assessment of the AFC vs NFC. If you noticed, I said that the AFC had elite teams, very few average teams, and many easy-bullshit teams. With that laid out... let's redo your assessment and count quality/competitive teams. I am going to judge them off their quality of talent, past record, and any potential I can think of...
E=Elite
Q=Quality
S=Suspect
T=Trash

AFC vs NFC North
Steelers (Q) - This is a powerhouse franchise, that much I admit, however, their team has been raided since winning the Superbowl. Their wrs are getting old, they have suffered great losses regarding their o-line and their defense is on the decline. This team just makes it into the elite category... atleast until the start of next season... then I need to see proof that they still are who they say they are.
Ravens (T) - Don't get me wrong, I love this team. I love the way the defense plays, and i love the characters on the team. However, this offense is completely and utterly inept. McNair should stop playing and retire. He is too slow to make decisions, let alone try to move in or out of the pocket. The game has passed him by... he was a great QB and maybe might make the hall of fame some day (definitely not a first ballot inductee...) but every man should know when his best is just not enough anymore, and it's sad to say, let alone realize, but McNair, such is your situation. And it's not just the QB position that is aging or sucks... the offensive line and defense is getting old. You have 2 corners who were once the top CBs in the league, and even now, though they might have lost a 1/2 step, they are still one of the top 5 CB tandems if they are healthy. Their LB is solid only because you have a monster named Rayray on your team, which makes everyone around him play harder and better. I'm glad they kept Suggs, cause if they let him go after losing Adalius last year, they couldn't afford to lose Suggs also. This team is a team that has aging talent that can still play, but is not getting enough help and support from the younger players. This is a "rebuilding" team, even though it does have a chance to make a playoff run if they can pick up 1-2 quality guys in their positions of needs (QB and WR).
Bengals (T) - This team showed promise for a few years recently, however, shit has started to hit the fan... OchoCinco wants out, Rudi is not that great, the defense is soft, and players there cannot stay the fuck out of trouble. This team has the possibility of becoming our generation's Raiders...
Browns (S) - Had a great season last year... however, they need to show that it wasn't a fluke. This team is right on the cusp of becoming an elite team, as long as they can keep playing at the level that they have been.
vs.
Vikings (Q almost E) - This team has a TON of potential... all they need is a QB that can control the game. The only other major concern other than QB is a WR that the QB can throw to... even with the weakness at QB they still made a playoff run and are a dangerous team.
Bears (T) - This team HAD a chance to win the superbowl, and ever since, they have spiraled into crap. They got Archuleta... great call... Urlacher can't stay healthy, the offense is horrible, they have no QB, RB, or WR... This team is not going to get good any time soon...
Packers (Q borderline S) - The cheeseheads have lost one of the greatest players to wear the uniform. This team is tricky... and i say that because it definitely has a lot of talent on the team, however, it was the fact that they have Favre, that converted the talent into game ability. I'm interested in seeing how Aaron Rodgers will do, but he will never be able to, nor should he be expected to, fill Favre's shoes.
Lions (S) - Every year, I have high hopes for this team. They have drafted some of the best WRs... and yet... they still suck and can't score. Calvin Johnson... show me why you were drafted so high... Lions, show me that you can run the ball post-Barry-Sanders...
AFC (1) vs. NFC (2)

AFC East vs NFC East:
Patriots (E) - I am not a fan of this team... however I can't deny the ability and the skills, not to mention their records and achievements. Whether or not those things can be or are attributed to their cheating... who knows?!? (It is my opinion that the cheating is atleast partially responsible.) This is an elite team, with elite players... however, we'll see how they do this year... a team with no run game, a weaker WRing core than last year, and a loss of a huge presence in the defensive backfield will hurt some.
Bills (S) - The Bills have shown improvement, but not enough for people to take them seriously as a playoff team. They need to settle down in a QB, bring in another good WR to line up opposite Lee Evans, and their defense has to step back up. Lynch is the one bright spot they have right now...
Dophins (T) - I don't think this needs much explaining... they almost had NO WINS... and need help in every area.. EXCEPT for RB cause they have Ricky as a back up... holla for all the 4:20 heads out there. But yea... trash team... and oh, by the way, how the fuck do you get rid of zach "tackle-monster" thomas? Jackasses...
Jets (S) - This team has made some BRILLIANT moves in the off-season via free agency. But this team has had a pretty solid talent base in recent years, so just because they got some elite players does not mean it will translate to wins. Man-gina sucks... so until they show me something, this team is suspect... so is Coles... why did they give him a contract extension?
vs.
Giants (E) - Here is a hard team to categorize. Normally... I would say that this is a semi-quality team that has a lot of talent... However, since they did what no other team could do this season, beat the patriots, AND they won the Superbowl, I feel that by default they are an elite team... they are the Champs and there is no evidence or argument that you could make that would say otherwise. Since they've become Superbowl champs, their team has not gotten any better and they have lost or could lose central pieces and leadership... pray that strahan comes back (which i think he will cause he's still poor from the divorce and probably just wants to skip training camp.) The thing is... Eli has arrived... atleast for now... they have an overrated TE and their defense is going to be a shell of what it was last year if Osi holds out and Strahan retires... But Kudos for taking out the Pats.
Cowboys (Q) - In all honesty, this team should be an elite team. It has the leadership, talent, history, and pro-bowl caliber players at almost every position... why are they just a quality team you ask? CAUSE THEY ARE THE MOTHERFUCKING COWBOYS AND I FUCKING HATE THE COWBOYS. I can admit and appreciate their level of skill, but I refuse to call them an elite team... FUCK YOU COWBOYS!
Eagles (Q) - Here I gave the Eagles the benefit of the doubt. They've been getting worse the last few years, but they still have tons of talent, albeit no WR to speak of... but tons of talent. Westbrook, definitely underrated.. and now they have Asante in their DB core... it'll be a sick defense... and who knows? Maybe Takeo Spikes will step back into pro-bowl form this year... philly fans can only hope.
Redskins (Q) - This is my team right here. And I'm going to be as honest as I can be... First I want to take a moment of silence for Sean Taylor. He was a possible hall of famer and could have been the best DB the skins have had since Darrell Green, and he is my freaking hero. I believe the skins have a pretty solid core of players, a few being pretty young. I like Landry, Campbell, Portis, Cooley, and Rocky. I feel that these guys are the future of our franchise and for some, we haven't even scratched their potential. I'm watching Rogers and Washington, both have disappointed me, rogers... with just not living up to the hype and Washington has not been as dominant as he has been in the past and has been injured. I hope these guys can bounce back this year. Overrated players on the team include Springs, Jansen, and the Defensive line not including Carter. These are some glaring weaknesses, as well as not having a large receiver for Campbell...which is a huuuuge need. If you look at Campbell's missed passes, most of them are too high... for our 5'8 WRs... but one large WR from the draft could be the missing piece of the puzzle. I also hope that the new defensive coordinator can continue to shut teams down. I personally loved Gregg Williams, the only problem i had was he'd pick some horrible schemes and calls for certain situations... for example, I understand that you don't want to give the other team big plays, but playing a deep drop zone for dbs, you give them the chance to keep throwing under and gaining yards... I'm an aggressive play-caller, if you know it's 3rd and long, throw a blitz at them... not drop your crappy-covering LBs back to cover #4 or #5 receivers 10 yards past the line of scrimmage giving the receivers all the power to get open and yards..? So I sure hope that the new coach can keep pressure up, no matter what part of the game it is. A few more pieces and this team is ELITE.
AFC (1) vs. NFC (4)

AFC South vs NFC South
Colts (E) - This may be one of the easier teams to rate. This team has one of the best if not the best head coach in the league. They have a phenom QB and WR as well as a pass rusher and wicked good safety. This team is always in the playoff hunt, and almost always a favorite to win it all. Keep Dungy as long as possible, because he's the glue that holds that franchise together.
Jags (Q) - This team has really proven itself to me over the recent years. They have a stout defense, and a great running tandem. The QB position has been hard for them, playing 3 different QBs over the last 3 years. But now, they have a decent starting QB that will be able to make smart decisions, and possibly challenge the Colts... POSSIBLY...
Titans (S) - I think Vince Young is overrated... The titans are almost a good team... their defense is tough... usually, and their offensive does just enough to win... or lose the game. Their running game is not what it was when they had Travis Henry, which proves my argument that i had the other day, Vince Young only did decently well because of the affect that Travis Henry had.
Texans (S) - This is probably THE weakest team in this division. It's going to be a hard time climbing out of this basement as this division is only getting better... kinda like how the Cardinals are the ass end of the NFC west.
vs.
Tampa (Q) - I really don't know what to say about this team. Every year I write this team off, and every year it is either in the playoff hunt or it makes the playoffs. Garcia is a great QB. I know people will disagree, but you just have to look at his last 2-3 years and you can see how dependable and consistent he is. He doesn't make very many bad mistakes and controls each game well. I tip my hat off to the coach and his staff.
Saints (S) - This team is a greatly improved team from 2 years ago. Here's where they earn their grade though, they couldn't do it two years in a row, even though they had arguable a better team than they had when they made the playoff run. They have an elite QB in my opinion and have a very dangerous tandem at running back. Their defense has some holes, but they aren't a bad team, they just need a little bit more leadership and consistency and they could possible be the kings of this division for years to come.
Carolina (S) - WHAT THE FUCK HAS HAPPENED TO YOU?!?! This team was a hot team not to long ago. You still have a serviceable QB and you have an elite WR in Smith. People don't know this, but DeAngelo Williams is a good RB and I believe is going to have a break out year. he's been sharing the load with Foster... but DeAngelo can definitely be their work horse. The defense however has basically disappeared. Their defense, that was one feared is no more. You had such a sick front 4 and some amazing LBs... and now look what has happened, most of them are either gone or suck. This team really needs to step up this year, keep the QB protected and healthy and there's a good chance they could also make a run at the division title.
Atlanta (T) - I feel like this speaks for itself. Atlanta will probably be the joke of the league for a few years to come. Not only did they lose their QB who was basically all of their offensive production, but they also lost their lockdown CB... This team is in uber rebuilding mode.
AFC (2) vs. NFC (1)

NFC West vs. AFC West
Cardinals (S) - This team has all kinds of offensive talent, but their defense just hasn't been up to par. Now they have a decent defense, but have no RB. The WRs on this team are probably the best tandem and the QB should be at the very least, serviceable. But no matter how good this team looks, it struggles in a weak division, and never takes advantage of that fact. They need to get some heart and maybe they'll be a quality team, they are heading in the right direction though.
Seahawks (S) - Most people would not agree with my evaluation of this team, but let me say this... just cause you're the best of a group of scrubs, does that make you a quality team? No. This team year in and year out has one of the easiest fucking paths to the playoffs, cause they never play anyone good. And yea, I'm fucking bitter that these bitches have knocked my team out of the playoffs for a couple of years now, but the point is, that they get there so easily that rarely are their players tired or hurt. And until they show me that they can beat good teams over and over, I will not recognize a bullshit playoff team.
49ers (S) - I love the 49ers franchise. i had some pretty high expectations for this past year, but they disappointed. Even though they have some good players, they also have some old ones and ones that are subpar... I feel bad that they have Walt Harris on their team. People want to argue that he's a good CB but his stats are inflated... 50% of his ints were in 1 freaking game... that's not a good stat. This team needs to work on their defense and their o-line, but they definitely have the potential to atleast make a run for the division title.
Rams (S) - Also a team that has too many aging players at important positions. Steven Jackson is a great RB but still, the WRs are aging, the QB is starting to decline, and the o-line keeps getting hurt. The bright side is that their defense is young and at times plays very well. But they still need to replace some key positions, and until that time, won't really be able to do much.
vs.
Chargers (E) - This team is maybe the best team in the league. They have so much talent, and lots of young talent. The CB really stepped up and showed everyone that he was worth the high pick. This team just has to avoid injuries and avoid blowing their load early in the season and falling off when playoffs roll around. But definitely a Superbowl contender and perennial playoff team with this core.
Broncos (S) - What has happened to this franchise. It has had a very bad fall from where they were 3 years ago. They might not have been great, but they weren't in the bottom 25% of the league, as they are now. They need to get some younger players in the front 7 and be aggressive like they use to. To do this, upgrade your WRs and maybe get a new QB. Cutler isn't as good as advertised... why they fucked over Plummer like they did, I have no idea... They use to say that Elway couldn't win anything either... and yet he played there forever and it wasn't until he was almost dead that they finally won a superbowl... just saying...
Raiders (S) - This team is like a semi-savy pick for me. I think this team has a lot of talent, and if managed the correct way, could definitely make a run for the playoffs... if they somehow get there, they'll probably lose in the first round, but they have an outside shot. We'll see...
KC (T) - This team is also in rebuilding mode, they need to get Larry Johnson to start producing like he is suppose to. He hasn't been a disappointment, but seriously, they are way too old and need some more playmakers. Bowe had a great year for them... but they still need to upgrade their WR corp.

P.S. This was all done pre-draft.
